Daniel graduated from the University of Toronto School of Pharmacy in 1991. From 1994 to 2018, he owned several successful pharmacies including two in Willowdale. He has volunteered his time as President of the Korean Canadian Cultural Association of Greater Toronto (2015 to 2018); Chair of the Overseas Korean Trade Association (2013 to 2014); Board member of Canadian Multicultural Council (2012 to 2019) and Director of the Korean Scholarship Foundation (2002 to 2015). Currently, he serves on the executive board of the Bayview Cummer Neighbourhood Association.
Daniel and his wife Sandy have lived in Willowdale for close to 20 years where they have raised two university aged children. Daniel is running as a candidate to secure jobs, health, and an economic future for Canadians.
